Ingredients
150 g rice
1 cup sterilized mushrooms
15-20 olives pitted
4 small tomatoes
3-4 green onions
3 tbsp lemon juice
3 tbsp sunflower oil
thyme
pepper
salt
Method
Rice is boiled, then rinse with cold water and drain well. Mix with sliced ​​mushrooms, tomatoes, cut into slices and chopped green onions. Add the lemon juice, the oil, thyme, pepper and salt to taste. Salad mix, shaped piles in an appropriate dish and garnish with olives.
