Folds

Ingredients
100 ml brandy
rind of 3 oranges
1 kg of flour
10 eggs
olive oil for frying
# For the syrup:
200 g honey
200 g sugar
400 ml water
ground walnuts and cinnamon for sprinkling
Method
Eggs are broken down with brandy. Add orange peel and flour and kneaded dough. Roll out the dough thinly and cut into rectangles. Olive oil becomes heated and dough rectangles are pleated with a fork and fry one by one. Arrange on a large plate. Honey and sugar are cooked with water on a thick syrup. Folds placed for 1 minute in the syrup, return plate and sprinkle with cinnamon and crushed walnuts.

And I loved it. Less caloric, but ... will try :) Tasty sounds recipe. In favorites.

They are very nice and tasty but there gyuroltiya about their work. The dough should be firm -the well rolled with a machine folds -after quickly to be rolled up in the pan with the help of two forks.
