Fragrant fried clams

Ingredients
40-60 sea scallops
1 cup wine vinegar
2 tbsp salt
2 onions
1 tbsp vegetable oil
2 eggs
4-5 tbsp milk
lemon juice
a few drops of wine
6-8 peppercorns
3-4 garlic cloves
1/2 bay sheet
parsley
flour
breadcrumbs
fat frying
Method
Mussels are one by one and washed with a brush under running water. Prepare a marinade of water, vinegar, salt, pepper, bay leaf, onion, cut into chunks and garlic, which is placed on the fire to boil. In the boiling marinade placed mussels and cook 5 minutes - until their shells open. Remove and shells removed. Mussels are put in a marinade of lemon juice, wine, 1 tbsp vegetable oil and parsley for 30 minutes. Remove them and Fried pancake dough made from egg, milk, a pinch of salt and flour, rolled in breadcrumbs and fry in heated fat of vegetable oil. Arrange on a given sieve to drain the fat and served stacked on a napkin, garnish with lemon slices and parsley.
