100 g milk
60 g butter
2 eggs

Method
In a bowl, mix 300 g of flour, yeast, salt and sugar and mix well. In another bowl, combine the water and dry milk and milk stir until dissolved. Heat the milk to 70-80 C and mix it into the bowl of the mixer with the dry mixture and the butter. Stir until a homogeneous mixture, then add an egg and continue beating for 4 minutes. Add the remaining flour until a dough elastic. Remove the dough from the mixer, cover with a damp cloth and let it cool in the refrigerator between 2 and 12 hours, depending on how you want to be puffed croissants. Once the dough is cool, break it into 3 balls and a floured surface, roll out each ball with a rolling pin, then cut it into 8 triangles with a knife. Wind triangles as pretzels, and put them in a well greased baking tray. Beat the second egg with a little water and brush the croissants. Bake 18 minutes in preheated oven at 220 C. It can be served with jam or butter.

Very easy muffins, only that the yeast is not a lot for this meal?

I did not make them, but flour is 800g and I think, the yeast will not be much.

In general, a packet of dry yeast (7 g. -1s.l.) For 500 grams. flour, so I think that the yeast will be many.

Yes, you're right ... then put 3 teaspoons or 1 1/2 teaspoons ... 1 1/2 packet of dry yeast.

I guess if you add some palnezh will oshte more delicious. Thanks for the nice easy recipe

Has anyone tried the recipe to comment?

How upload recipes that you have not tried and you have no idea what will happen? And the croissants are made of puff pastry.

recipes that are posted are not always tested by us, but that does not mean they are not good. For this recipe now it's hard to remember, but I have the source and obviously I'm impressed with the ease of preparation and hearing about it. And as regards the puff pastry ... it is just such - made with butter, just as in the recipe.
