Fresh cabbage Hunter

Ingredients
1 kg fresh cabbage
1 kg potatoes
250 g mushrooms
100 g butter
3 tbsp flour
2 cup vegetable broth
salt, paprika, pepper
1/2 tsp citric acid
Method
Peel the potatoes and polusvaryavat in salted water. Coarsely chopped mushrooms sauté in a little oil. Cabbage also cut in large pieces, infused in boiling salted and acidified water, then drain and squeeze gently. In the ring casseroles rank successive layers - half cabbage, mushrooms, potatoes and cabbage rest. Flour is made light roux, which is diluted with vegetable broth, seasoned to taste with salt, pepper and lemon acid, stained with red pepper. The dish pour the sauce and baked under the lid. 10 minutes before being pulled from the oven removable lid.
