Fried apples

Ingredients
4-5 large apples
200 g flour
150-200 ml milk
1 egg
pinch of salt
vanilla
cinnamon for sprinkling
powdered sugar for sprinkling

Method
From the egg, flour, fresh milk, a pinch of salt and vanilla prepare dough for pancakes. The apples are peeled and cut transversely of the wafers, a thickness of about 1 cm. With the tip of a knife carefully cleaned of seeds. Each circle apple is dipped into the dough and fry in more fat (maybe in the fryer). Sprinkle with powdered sugar and cinnamon optional.

often make this recipe. Use more acidic apples. Great dessert!

Again came the turn of this wonderful recipe! This time, cut apple pieces, because I used prostrated apples and after cleaning, is more difficult to form circles. And to cut apples, the taste is fantastic! Next time I'll try to bake them in the oven.
