Fried balls

Ingredients
2 tsp butter
3 tbsp flour
2/3 cup milk
160 g cooked meat, finely minced meat
3 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
salt
freshly ground black pepper
grated nutmeg
breadcrumbs
1 egg
sunflower oil for frying
mustard Serving
Method
The butter is melted in a pan , add the flour and fry 2 minutes. Stirring continuously, add milk until the mixture boils and thickens. Reduce heat and boil for another 10 minutes. Add meat and parsley. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste. Pour the mixture into pan, then place in the refrigerator until tight, then make balls the size of a walnut. Rolled in breadcrumbs, dip in egg beaten with 2 tbsp water and again in breadcrumbs. PANIC in hot sunflower oil, until they are brown and crispy. Serve warm with mustard.
