Fried banitsi without eggs

Ingredients
800 g flour
1 tbsp salt
1 and 1/2 cup lukewarm water
200 g feta cheese or cottage cheese
sunflower oil for frying

Method
Of flour, salt and water mix a soft dough. Divide into 7-8 balls as egg. After maturing for 20-30 minutes, rolled wafers with a diameter of a large plate. Spread lightly with oil and stacked. All together are rolled a large thick crust about half a centimeter. Over half crust sprinkle feta cheese or cottage cheese, cover with other half and incisor or saucepan lid cut rectangles. Fry in oil bath. Cutting better not to become a knife pressed to the edges of the banitsi and leaking stuffing frying.

I hope you like it. These photos made them by 4 sheets. Not take much fat frying.

Strahodni take away are always very happy when they do, many are delicious and fast.
