Fried bay St. Valentine

Ingredients
200 g flour
2 eggs
80 g sugar
pinch of salt
1 orange
powdered sugar
cinnamon
fat frying

Method
Of flour, eggs and sugar knead soft dough. Cover with a cloth and allowed to stand for 20 minutes. Grate the rind of the orange is. Roll out the dough on base with thickness of 2-3 mm. Sprinkled with orange peel and sugar and passes once more with rolling pin to hold the dough crust. The base is wound into a roll and be cut off than 1 cm. Each strip is stretched and hands is formed as well. Leave to relax for 20 minutes. Nests fry in a well heated sunflower oil (maybe in the fryer) until they lightly golden. The aim is to become crispy without fried. Arrange on paper to drain excess fat and sprinkle with powdered sugar and cinnamon. Served with champagne or dessert wine.

Yes, there are pictures, I hope to approve. Nests resemble Italian tallarinis. Fry in a large amount of oil.
