Ingredients
500 g white beans
100 g butter
pepper
salt
Method
Beans are put in boiling salted water. When the beans begin to crush the beans is removed, drain and fry in the butter, with pepper and a little salt.

Fried beans do: once cooked for bean soup with spices and zenechutsi, make roux oil flour and paprika. Stirring continuously, add bean broth to roux and leave for another ten minutes to boil.

I put the flour away with a little water at the end.
