Fried eggs with salo

Ingredients
500 g salt colorful salo
10 eggs
5 tbsp (50 ml) vinegar
1-2 cloves garlic
salt
Method
Diced salo is placed in boiling water for 2-3 minutes, then drain, fry to golden color and pour the beaten eggs in advance. Fried eggs in plates and pour with crushed garlic, mix with vinegar.
