Fried feta cheese Shopski

Ingredients
400 g feta cheese
120 g butter
2 leeks
pinch of paprika
tomatoes
Method
The feta cheese is broken into larger pieces. Cut the leek into small pieces and add salt with a pinch of salt. The feta cheese fried in hot butter in portion tigancheta, stirring 1-2 times to melt slightly. Sprinkle with finely chopped leek and red pepper and served with a garnish of fresh tomatoes.
