Ingredients
1 kg of fish
2 tbsp (20 g) flour
3/4 cup (140 ml) vegetable oil
15 walnuts
salt
garlic
vinegar
Method
Cleaned, washed and salted fish fry in some of the fat. The rest of the fat fry the flour until golden color, then stirring constantly pour water until a slurry. The slurry after removing it from the heat and add chopped walnuts, chopped garlic, salt and vinegar to taste. Fish pour porridge and serve.
