Fried florets

Ingredients
2 eggs
2 yolks
1 tbsp butter
pinch of salt
flour
sunflower oil
powdered sugar
jam cherries, strawberries - optional
fat frying

Method
Egg yolks, the butter, salt and flour kneaded dough medium hard (for banitsa). Roll out a thin sheet of glass and cut circles. Arrange 4-5 on each other in the middle strongly pressed with your finger to stick. The edges with scissors cut slightly into julienne. With a slotted spoon placed one by one in the heated sunflower oil. When you turn pink are removed. Serve sprinkled with powdered sugar. In the middle can put a cherry sweet.
