Fried ice cream

Ingredients
2 eggs
150 g biscuits (1 package)
2 tbsp coconut
1 tbsp fresh milk
sunflower oil
ice cream of your choice
Method
Biscuits and coconut chips are ground in a blender. From ice cream to form balls that are put in the freezer for 1 hour to firm. One egg is mixed with milk in a bowl. Remove from the freezer ice cream balls are rolled first in beaten egg, then in the ground biscuits. The balls come back in the freezer to firm for 30 minutes. Then the balls rolled on the second beaten egg, place for 2-3 seconds in a highly heated sunflower oil and place in a serving bowl. In order not to leak, fried ice cream in many sunflower oil and the same must be strongly heated. Start the ball for 2-3 seconds, turns and removed.
