Fried mixed meat nuggets

Ingredients
200-250 g lean veal
200-250 g lean pork meat
100 g of dry sausage or ham
2 onions
1 bunch roots soup
2 sour apples
1 hot pepper optional
1 tsp mustard
1 tsp tomato paste
60 g butter
pepper
pepper
parsley
1/2 cup bouillon
salt
fat frying
Method
Cleaned of tendons and skins and meat sausage cut into small pieces and mix with chopped onions (optional added and 1 finely chopped garlic clove). Fat frying is heated in a deep pan and fry it in a mixture of meat, sausage and onions, as occasionally stir. As the meat is tender, the mixture is sprinkled with red and black pepper and finely chopped parsley and fry for another ten minutes. Add mustard and tomato paste, fuzzy in broth, then dish stew on low heat. In another container with the butter sauté chopped root soup (and optional chili pepper - cut) and grated apples. As soften roots soup, meat was added without stirring.
