Fried olives mince

Ingredients
60 large olives pitted
300 g minced meat
3 eggs
150 g flour
150 g breadcrumbs
2 tbsp tomato paste
slice of dry bread
6 tbsp feta cheese Parmesan
pinch of nutmeg and cinnamon
salt and pepper
2 tbsp olive oil minced meat
500 ml sunflower sunflower oil for frying
Method
Fry the minced meat in olive oil, add the tomato paste and stew for 15 minutes. To pre-soaked in cold water and drained bread, add minced meat, 1 egg, parmesan and spices. Stir with a syringe filled olives. Rolled in flour, the remaining 2 eggs and breadcrumbs. In the heated fat fry until golden and dry on kitchen paper.
