Ingredients
1.3 kg peppers
120 ml sunflower oil
40 g butter
300 g yogurt
30 g garlic
1/2 bunch parsley
salt

Method
The peppers are washed and dried, fry in preheated oil and add salt, pour the melted butter with a mixture of beaten yogurt, crushed garlic with salt and finely chopped parsley and serve immediately.
