Fried pickles

Ingredients
500 g small cucumbers
2 tbsp (20 ml) vegetable broth
1 egg
120 g flour
salt
cream
sunflower oil for frying
Method
It is medium thick batter of flour, egg, salt and broth, it is immersed cucumbers and parzhiat in plenty of sunflower oil. Serve with cream.
