Fried potato rings

Ingredients
8-10 potatoes
100 g ham
3 tbsp flour
1/2 cup crushed rusk or breadcrumbs
2 eggs
fat frying

Method
Cook potatoes in salted water until poluomekvane, peel and cut into slices about 1 cm thick. Ham cut into small cubes or grate finely, mix with flour and biscuits. Potato slices pressed into a mixture of biscuits and ham, then dip in beaten eggs. Fry in heated sunflower oil.
