Fried potatoes

Ingredients
15-17 potatoes
breadcrumbs or flour
4 egg whites
fat frying
Method
Boil the potatoes and peel, then smash mashed. Until cool put whites in a bowl and break. Breadcrumbs also put in a bowl. Cold potatoes are cut into shapes and pressed into a egg white, then in bread crumbs and fry in fat.
