Fried potatoes country

Ingredients
potatoes
sunflower oil
garlic
vinegar
salt
Method
Peel the potatoes, cut, add salt and fry lightly. Separately, peel the garlic and grated very finely grater. Mix vinegar (for tripe-soup). In bowl put potatoes and spoon is taken from the mixture and sprinkle lightly.
