Fried potatoes Scottish

Ingredients
10 potatoes
100-150 g ham
2-3 tbsp flour
2 eggs
3-4 tbsp sunflower oil
2-3 tbsp butter
Method
Cook potatoes, peeled and crushed . Optional can be put spices to taste. Formed into balls, rolled successively in chopped ham, flour and beaten eggs. Fry in highly preheated oil from the oil and the butter. Served with appropriate garnish or salad.

It's a bit chudso how will stick ham potato flour and then a ham, but will try some day.

I have not Tilia rules but I think it is chopped ham ma very finely will stick to the potatoes. And potatoes not dry yet. I liked the recipe so it got to the site.
