Fried pumpkin colors

Ingredients
20 colors of pumpkin
salt
flour
egg 1
breadcrumbs
frying fat
powdered sugar

Method
Colors are washed well, the pendulum pistil, stethe base leaving about 3 cm length. From the egg, salt and flour Stir batter for pancakes. Each color is immersed in the dough, shakes slightly, add some bread crumbs and fry. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and served both warm and cold.

Almost all the colors of edible plants are also edible. From roses to nasturtiums from locust tree to apple blossoms. Years ago I bought a book with recipes from flowers. I have tried many and, believe me, the bees did not stupid:-)

I understand completely. You can try with 1-2 colors. So do not put a lot of products and they are sorry if you happen to not be able to swallow. And to me has happened in alienating many dishes: -)

I buy flowers in bio-market, this year bought zucchini, gotvarksi means. But there is no difference in taste, only in size. Just to have just opened and not wilting. Then are the most delicate.

I use cooking them in potapamyam paste fillet fritters, my family likes them.
