Fried red mullets

Ingredients
4 red or gray mullet
the juice of 1 lemon
flour
sunflower oil
salt
Method
Entrails mullet cleaned, remove the heads and tails, salting is inside and out, sprinkle lemon juice and the fish is left to stand for a little. Fish are rolled in flour and fry on both sides in a highly heated sunflower oil.

This is trivial recipe and is valid for any other subject of frying fish. You can add a little pepper and salt to milk to lemons. It is *small* is to one hour, and to stay in the refrigerator or other cool place. Will save scrubbing the stove and around it if before it rolled in flour, dry the fish in cheesecloth or gauze.
