Ingredients
1 kg tomatoes
3 eggs
breadcrumbs
100 g feta cheese
1/2 bunch parsley
sunflower oil
Method
With a sharp knife tomatoes sliced 1 cm thick. Each piece is dipped in beaten egg, then add some in breadcrumbs. Tomatoes are fried in a highly heated sunflower oil. Salting out while hot. The feta cheese grate in large pieces grater, parsley cut into small pieces. Fried tomatoes, sprinkle with the feta cheese and parsley.

As an alternative sprinkled with cheese and parsley, can be prepared sauce half cup yogurt, 50 g. of cottage cheese, pressed garlic and chopped fresh basil.
