Fried salmon

Ingredients
500 g salmon fillet
1 cup (200 g) flour
egg 1
1 cup (200 ml) light beer
1/2 lemon
salt
vegetable oil
Method
Wash the fish, cut into strips, add salt and sprinkle with lemon juice. Flour, egg, beer and a little salt is prepared dough for frying (soft dough). Allow to rest for 1 hour. Oval fish pieces in flour, dip in dough and fried so as to swim in the hot fat.

recipe is wonderful, the beer can optionally be replaced with some wine white. Then must drink the best BG of wine. Cheers!
