Fried skewers liver

Ingredients
500 g beef or pork liver
100 g smoked brisket or salo
4 fleshy peppers
2 onions
salt
pepper
parsley
chutney
20 g butter
fat for frying
Method
The liver is cleared of membranes and blood vessels and cut into cubes. Smoked breast also cut into cubes. Onions and peppers cut into pieces. Skewers of stringing consistently smoked breast, liver, pepper, onion, smoked breast, liver, etc. Fry in very hot oil and put in a warm plate. The butter melts and stir it a few times and salted chopped parsley, then put into piles on fried skewers with some of the fat. Side of the skewers put a spoonful of chutney. Before serving kebabs sprinkled with a mixture of salt and pepper.
