Fried snail beer

Ingredients
500 g cleaned shells
500 ml beer
2 eggs
4-5 tbsp flour
100 g breadcrumbs
sunflower oil to batter
salt

Method
Cleaned shells are cooked, leaving to Boil for 10 minutes in salted water. Once cooked drained and washed with cold water. Cut into pieces. Stay 20 minutes immersed in 400 ml beer. After deduction of Rapana venosa beer immersed in a mixture of beaten eggs, flour and the rest of the beer. Rolled in breadcrumbs and PANIC in the heated sunflower oil. Serve warm with a glass of chilled beer.
