Fruit-bishkotena layered cake

Ingredients
300 g biscuits
1 compote of pineapple
2-3 bananas
1/3 cup chopped walnuts
600 g sour cream
4-5 tbsp sugar
coconut

Method
Biscotti are broken, pineapples and bananas are cut into small cubes. Add the walnuts, sugar, cream and everything goes wrong. In a bowl, lean aluminum foil. Pour the mixture is pressed with a spoon well and allowed at least 8 hours in a refrigerator. Remove, turns into the cake pan. Fthe peel oil, dusted with plenty of coconut.

Super cake seems no doubt that the taste is like.

I think that is light and pleasant, as you eat fast ... but I was able to try it!

Maggie soon have a family holiday and I make her the night before, thank you for the nice idea.

You can decorate it in another way. Is different from the standard because it is not a cake. Must be kept in the refrigerator, because softens and becomes creamy (but tasted remains).

I add in her favorite holiday and will try!

And I think that her taste is great.
