Fruit Cheese

Ingredients
1 ready base
100 g sweet
450 g cream
300 g cream cheese
150 g sugar
25 g gelatin
150 g of milk
fruit of your choice
nuts for decoration
Method
The finished base is smeared with jam. Stir cream leaving viscous, and to it was added the feta cheese and sugar. Soaked in cold water gelatin pour hot milk and add to the cream mixture. The base is placed in a mold and pour in the cream, then leave in the fridge to harden and is decorated with fruits and nuts.
