Fruit cream with cottage cheese

Ingredients
500 g peaches
1 cup (250 g) cottage cheese
1/2 cup (100 g) sugar
2 vanilla powder
syrup

Method
Fruits are cut into small cubes or rub through a sieve. Add the cottage cheese, previously whipped with sugar and vanilla. Pour the mixture into cups or bowls. The finished cream is served topped with syrup. The cream can be prepared with canned fruit.

banana is better than peach :)

One of the peaches cut into thin slices. I put honey instead of sugar. sprinkled with cocoa and wholesale chopped nuts. The recipe is great! Can be done in many variations with different fruits and in all seasons.
