Ingredients
400 g flour type 500
2 eggs
50 g butter

Method
Egg stir in the flour, salt and water to form a dough. Tear is tiny pieces of it with a sharp knife. Put in boiling salted water and let stand for ten minutes. Then straining off, washed with cold water and fry slightly in the butter.

in Hungarian cuisine is soup Galoushko. The dough can be made as thick porridge, / I add a little dry chili pepper /. Rub the dough through a slotted spoon into boiling chicken broth. Why not add recipe?
