Garlic chicken fillets

Ingredients
150 g chicken fillets
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp (5 ml) lemon juice
1/4 cup (50 ml) olive oil
3 egg whites
salt
white pepper
120 g mushrooms
parsley
20 g butter
lettuce
green onion

Method
Chicken fillets marinated in a marinade made from finely chopped garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper and oil after standing for about 30 minutes in this mixture PANIC in beaten whites and fry in highly preheated oil. Drain on paper towel. Prepare a green salad with onions and parsley, well seasoned. Place the bottom of the plate. On it the stewed mushrooms in the butter. Top put chicken fillets.

salad is super delicious, just like sauce instead of traditional oil and vinegar can be added Chinese sauce for chicken. My boyfriend prepare it regularly and I always act as afrodizyak.

Optionally a small addition, which I opened Italian specialist: a little more garlic fillet and sprinkle with a little grated cheese mixed with two or three pinches of chili powder and before you put on your salad, baked in the oven for 1-2 minutes / only top / until the turn pink.
