Ingredients
2 small chickens (in 500-700 g)
3-4 cloves garlic
2 tbsp coriander leaves, cut into very small
1 tbsp grated peel of lime
by 1/4 tsp cumin and pepper, salt
2 tbsp melted butter
250 ml chicken broth
Method
Mix the crushed garlic, coriander, lemon peel, cumin, pepper and salt and lift the skin of chickens under her coat them well. Smear over chicken with melted butter, tightens legs of chickens and bake them in a preheated oven until browned.
