Garlic olive oil

Ingredients
1 liter of olive oil with an intense taste
7-8 large cloves garlic (or more)

Method
Garlic Peel. Suitable only very healthy cloves. If there are sick or dark places, are not used. Pour garlic with olive oil, or bottle is poured a small amount of cloves and placed inside. After about 10 days the flavor had developed enough. Olive oil is used without removing the cloves. As the scent over time becomes more intense, may be supplemented periodically with new oil. For frying, cooking, marinating, salads, pasta, platters of meat or feta cheese, soups and appetizers.

I love olive oil, garlic and also, so I decided to try. Today I put a bottle after a few hours the smell is already very pleasant ... Will try it after a set period of time and will report how it is - I can not wait :)

Pavel, last night I decided to do pitas. And because we also did this love garlic-mingled margarine / which will dub pitas / with crushed garlic. Home more like them those covered with garlic margarine :)

Paul, I will not 4f razo4arovan contrast:-). Vesi, and I mix, but most ve4e oil, salt and 4esan. It's been only 4f sustainable. Too bad.

As seen on the pictures we put a little more garlic (5-6 cloves 400 ml), delicious smells great! We tried it on spaghetti - is supreme! Already home without this potion will remain :)

All olive oils and vinegars that I put here, I buy them ready first. Even as I have store-bought, experiment and do own, while wounding taste. And never buy. Glad you delicious! This can be heard:-)
