Ingredients
3 cloves garlic
150 ml sunflower sunflower oil
vinegar
salt
Method
Garlic is peeled and pressed with a press or mortar. Put it in a bowl, add salt and stir with a spoon. After about 30 seconds acquires a creamy appearance. Then a small portion of the oil and stir until his assumption, then again added sunflower oil and so, in portions until the whole amount is exhausted. When added half sunflower oil, pipette little vinegar, and the end of the stirring well. The amount of salt and vinegar to taste. A creamy texture with a pale yellow color. Store in a container that is sealed in the fridge. Can be served to salads, boiled, baked and fried vegetables, meats, soups. paste is very slightly bitter, oil and vinegar kill spiciness. Rather, it is aromatic and stomachic. And do not irritate the stomach. My husband is yazvadzhiya and recently become addicted to it.
