German pancakes

Ingredients
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup milk
3 eggs
40 g butter
pinch of salt
powder or colored sugar for sprinkling

Method
In a round baking dish put the butter and put the pan in a preheated oven to 220 C of average height (must be place on top because the pancake swells), so that the butter to melt. Mix milk, flour, eggs and salt and stir very little - the mixture should remain lumpy, but the flour is moistened. The shape of the melted butter is removed and quickly poured into it the mixture and then immediately returned to the oven. Bake for 12-18 minutes, be aware that it is ready when the side is golden. Remove and quickly put in a serving plate to not stick and serve sprinkled with powdered sugar or colored. During baking pancake swell after being pulled in the middle collapses and becomes like a bowl. Optional can be topped with vanilla, cream, fruit, jam and others.
