German sponge cake

Ingredients
1 cup yogurt
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
1 cup sugar
2 tbsp cocoa
1/2 cup sunflower oil
2 eggs
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 cup flour
# For syrup:
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
# For cream:
65 g butter
1 yolk
1/2 cup powdered sugar

Method
Beat eggs with sugar, add the oil, yogurt, reconstituted it soda. Add the flour, cocoa and cinnamon and pour the mixture into a greased and floured advance form. Bake in preheated oven. Once baked allow to cool and demolded. Pour in the warm syrup. For the cream is first stirred with the soft butter icing sugar, then add the egg yolk and the stirring was continued until a smooth cream. Top smeared with cream and optional sprinkle with chopped walnuts or coconut.

I forgot to say that I do not put cinnamon and vanilla added one more flavor

Super calorie bomb! I got the cream did not even put the yolk for the child and the syrup did it in half.
