Gingerbread hearts

Ingredients
300 g flour
pinch of baking powder
100 g sugar
20 g vanilla sugar
1 egg
200 g butter
70 g grated candied ginger
# spreads:
1 yolk
# To decorate:
100 g ready milk glaze
100 g of powdered sugar
Method
Involved dough with all ingredients (ginger only use 30 g) in specified sequence. Wrap dough in foil and left for 30 minutes in the cold. Then parts of rolled dough with a thickness of 3 mm. Cut out hearts and rank on the table littered with paper tray. Mix egg yolks with 2 tbsp water, smeared it is hearts and sprinkle with the remaining ginger. Bake about 15 minutes at 180 C. Allow to cool, warm glaze of steam, mix powdered sugar with 1 tbsp water, filled syringe and decorate with hearts zigzag line.
