Gingerbread love hearts

Ingredients
2 and 1/2 cup flour
2 tsp cinnamon
and 1 1/2 tsp ginger powder
1/2 tsp cloves
pinch of salt
1 cup margarine
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup honey
1 egg
Method
Flour, ginger, cloves, cinnamon and salt mix. In another bowl whisk mixer with margarine, sugar, honey and egg. The two mixtures were combined and they were kneaded dough. Cooled and rolled to 1 cm thick. With shapes cut hearts. The drought in a hot oven for 15-20 minutes, until golden in color.
