Goulash

Ingredients
750 g of beef
1 kg potatoes
100 g fat
1 onion
250 g peppers
250 g tomatoes
1 tbsp (10 g) flour
2 tbsp (20 g) sweet paprika
pinch of marjoram
1 tsp (5 g) salt
1 cup (200 ml) white wine
Method
Finely chopped onions fry in oil until golden yellow. Removed from the fire, put red pepper, stir and add to it chopped medium small cubes of meat, flour and other spices. When the meat is tender put the diced potatoes, peppers, cut into rings, and 10 minutes later and tomatoes. Make wine and water so that everything was covered. Boil until the meat and the vegetables are ready.

Super is. Try January But the meat must be of bones. More delicious it :)
