Gratin of fish

Ingredients
800 g of hake, hake, Carras, mackerel or other fish without head
600 g potatoes
200 g red tomatoes
1 and 1/4 cup (350 ml) milk
2 eggs
75 g cheese
30 g cream
1/2 lemon
1/2 bunch parsley
salt
pepper
50 g pickles
2 tbsp (20 ml) vinegar

Method
Fish Clean well washed and boiled in salted water and acidified by bubbling about 10-12 minutes. Boiled fish is cleaned from the bones and skin and is crushed or cut into small pieces. Cook potatoes whole, peel and cool cut into thin slices. Finely chopped, onion and fry to it consistently add the peeled tomatoes and pickles, also chopped and fry. In the prepared mixture, potatoes, fish and parsley, sorted and pour the mixture into a greased with butter tray. Add grated cheese, pour the beaten eggs and milk and bake in moderate oven about 20 minutes until browned. Serve warm.
