Greek pancakes

Ingredients
2 cups (400 ml) milk
2 eggs
8 tbsp (80 g) flour
12 figs
50 g almonds
50 g black raisins
salt
nutmeg
sugar
cinnamon
vegetable oil
Method
From the eggs, flour, salt , nutmeg and milk is mixed batter and allowed 30 minutes to rest. Add chopped figs, clean, ground almonds and raisins and mix everything. The pancakes are fried in preheated oil. Serve immediately, sprinkled with sugar and cinnamon.
