Method
The beans are washed, cut the tips and be cleared strips (if any). Are blanched in boiling salted water - 1 tbsp salt 1 liter of water for 5-6 minutes. Once the beans are soft, cool well in cold water, drain and packed into jars. Pour hot, salted water to taste. The jars were sealed and sterilized for 90 minutes by boiling.
