Green parzhenki cheese

Ingredients
300 g feta cheese
300 g spinach
200 g nettle
1/2 onion
2 eggs
3 tbsp flour
salt
pepper
fat frying

Method
In a saucepan put the washed and chopped spinach and nettles, pour boiling salted water and bring to a boil. Drain and add to the chopped onion, eggs, flour, salt and pepper to taste, and crumbled feta cheese. Mixed well and then it is scoop with a spoon and place balls in highly sgoreshena fat. Fry them until browned. Serve with a salad of your choice or with yogurt.
