Green roll

Ingredients
500 g dock or sorrel
300 g feta cheese
100 g butter or margarine
1 tsp savory
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp pepper
salt
Method
Dock washed, cut into small pieces and boil in a small amount of salted water. Drain and passaged. Softened butter mix with grated feta cheese and pour over the cellophane in a rectangular shape with a thickness of 1 cm. Sprinkle with red pepper and savory. Spread the top green puree. Turn at the roll and put in the fridge for 3-4 hours. Serve cut into slices, sprinkled with pepper.
