Grisenki

Ingredients
1.25 liters of milk
500 g semolina
7 eggs
1/4 tsp soda
2 tbsp butter
1 vanilla
# For the syrup:
1 kg of sugar
800 ml water
on the tip of a knife citric acid
Method
Boil the milk and semolina are added while stirring. Boil to thicken. Add butter and stirred periodically until complete cooling. Add eggs one by one, baking soda and vanilla. With buttered hands, form balls bigger than a walnut. Arrange in a greased tray off of each other. Bake in a moderate oven. The sugar and water is boiled syrup to drop flat bowl. Add citric acid and pour cold grisenki. There are about 40 pieces. Optional can sprinkle with coconut cream or spray.
