Ingredients
500 g minced meat
1 onion
500 ml tomato juice canned
sunflower oil
thyme
savory
salt
pinch of sugar
8 potatoes
processed feta cheese
4 eggs
400 g feta cheese
1 tsp paprika
300 g cheese

Method
Onions fry until golden in the oil. Add the minced meat after browning add the red pepper and spices - thyme, savory, salt and sugar. They add tomato juice and boil until the boil off water from the tomato juice. Potatoes are boiled separately, peel and cut into cubes, then distributed in gyuvechetata. On them shall be distributed tomato sauce with minced meat. Add crumbled feta cheese, processed cheese and 1 egg into each pot. On eggs grated cheese and bake in preheated oven 30 minutes. This recipe is for 4 pots.
