Ingredients
1 kg chicken meat without bones
50 g butter
2 onions
2 carrots
300 g tomatoes
300 g roasted peppers
300 g potatoes
1 zucchini
2 eggs
4 tbsp cooking cream
3 tbsp sunflower oil
1 lemon
salt, pepper
2-3 sprigs of parsley
1 sprig rosemary
7-8 basil leaves (recurring)
Method
Meat add salt, sprinkle with pepper, chopped onion and a little lemon juice. Allow to stand for 30 minutes. Cut and stew in the butter. Zucchini and carrots cut into cubes and sauté in the oil, add the peeled and sliced ​​and sprinkled with lemon pepper, rosemary, basil, grated tomatoes, salt and leave for 5-10 minutes on low heat. In pan or stew put meat, vegetables and potatoes. Bake for 20-30 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley and pour the mixture of eggs and cream, a little salt and pepper and bake another 10 minutes.
